  • Can I bring my own parts?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to install customer-provided auto parts. This policy helps us maintain our standards of quality work as well as warranty coverage.

  • Do you offer any preventative maintenance packages?

    Yes, at J&H Automotive Repair & Service, we offer several maintenance packages designed to keep your vehicle running smoothly, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

    Yes, we are open Monday through Saturday and offer same-day appointments based on availability. Give us a call early in the day for the best chance of securing an appointment.

  • Do you provide a shuttle service?

    Yes, we offer a complimentary shuttle service within a 10-mile radius of our shop in Hemet, CA, while your vehicle is being worked on.
